Ensenada is located approximately 85 miles south of San Diego, California on the Pacific Coast of Northern Baja California, Mexico. Ensenada is recognized as one of the 47 Creative Cities in Gastronomy by UNESCO.
Ensenada is the only temperate port city in Mexico. Blessed with both an abundance of fresh local seafood and the fertile Valle de Guadalupe where picturesque hillsides are dotted with award winning vineyards, the Ensenada culinary scene has flourished over the past decade.
Located on the edge of the tourist marina in the heart of Ensenada, our processing facility is a modern shellfish packing plant certified by both the US FDA and COFEPRIS (FDA of Mexico). We operate under the NSSP Guidelines for shellfish handling and processing and follow our strict HACCP, Quality Assurance, SSOP and GMP guidelines.
Our advantage is that we store all of our shellfish in our open ocean wet storage facility just a 30min boat trip away from the plant. That coupled with our proximity to Southern California enable us to produce and deliver the highest quality shellfish Baja California has to offer.
